What we program
ECU / PCM read + backup
A full bench read of your module, saved and archived, before anything else happens to it.
ECU / PCM cloning
Copy your original module's data to a replacement so it plugs in and runs like the original.
TCM / TCU cloning
Transmission module cloning, including GM T87 and other common units.
BMW / MINI DME cloning
DME clone and transfer for BMW and MINI, so the replacement matches the car's keys and modules.
ECU bench unlock
Unlock the engine computer for tuning. Priced per controller: our labor plus the vendor unlock fee. Your tuner keeps the calibration.
TCU / TCM unlock
Transmission module unlocks, including GM T87 / T87A. Priced per controller: our labor plus the vendor unlock fee.
Programming + reflash
Dealer-level module programming and software updates, plus any OEM access fees.
VIN + configuration
Set up a replacement module with the vehicle's correct VIN and options.
Key + immobilizer
Key adaptation and immobilizer setup for the vehicle's owner, with proof of ownership.
Corrupted module recovery
Bricked by a failed flash? We recover the module on the bench whenever the hardware allows it.
EEPROM + bench repair
Direct EEPROM and flash work on the circuit board when the module won't talk normally.
Module diagnosis
Not sure the module is the problem? We bench-test it and tell you what failed before you spend more.
Mail-in rush
Moves your module to the front of the line and ships it back the same or next business day.
Prices are for our bench and programming labor. OEM software subscriptions, HP Tuners credits, third-party unlock licenses, donor or replacement modules and shipping are billed separately at cost. We quote the total before we start.
Your tuner keeps the tune
Programming makes a module work: cloned, configured, unlocked. Calibration changes how the engine or transmission runs. We list them separately on every invoice, so shops and tuners can send us modules without worrying we'll take their tuning customer. Want us to tune it too? See dyno tuning.

Local, mail-in or trade
Local drop-off
Bring the module (or the car) to 11450 Huron St. Unit O in Northglenn, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Most local jobs are done same day or next day, so the car doesn't sit on a lift waiting on a box in the mail.

Shop trade accounts
Repair shops, tuners, European specialists, dealers and mobile techs get trade pricing, about 15–20% off our electronics labor. Trade accounts are protected: we never contact or market to your customer.
Legitimate work only
Key, immobilizer and VIN work requires the VIN, your ID or work order, and proof of ownership or the owner's repair authorization. We don't do:
- Odometer or mileage changes
- VIN changes to disguise a vehicle
- Immobilizer defeats without authorization
- Programming for stolen modules or keys
- Emissions-defeat programming
90-day workmanship
If our programming causes a problem within 90 days, we make it right. The warranty doesn't cover:
- Defective donor or replacement modules
- Water damage or internal hardware failure
- Wiring, voltage or misdiagnosis issues on the vehicle
- Problems from aftermarket tuning or calibration
